This monthly event featured an African Touch-themed dress code, celebrating a community united by food, music, fashion, and art through Africanicity and Africanism. Hosted by Edna (aka the people's bae), and Chimweka, the daytime activities seamlessly transitioned into a vibrant evening event. The family-friendly atmosphere included culinary experiences, children's activities, cultural entertainment, live music, DJ sets, and various brand engagements.

The market catered to all age groups, with children enjoying activities like jumping castles and trampolines, and adults relishing the diverse market offerings. The culinary experience was enriched by food vendors such as Kayz Akwaaba Cafe, Sipho's Kitchen, True's Kitchen, Tasty Treats, Simply Asian, Ring of Spice, Mezza, Chic Chateaux, and Rocomamas.

Sebastien Dutch, DJ Eartha, DJ Sly, DJ Kasi, and DJ Amma provided an electrifying soundtrack for the event. Ariel delivered an amazing live performance, accompanied by a band during the sunset hours. Covering audience favourites like "Stand By Me" by 4 The Cause and "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran, Ariel concluded his set with a memorable audience sing-along.

Brands like Binto, Cabana, Brothers, Shaltoux, Inuka, and Sho'dol participated in exhibitions and engagements, adding to the market's dynamic atmosphere. Cultural entertainment featured traditional dancers and comedic skits by actors in costumes, enriching the event's cultural depth.

Upcoming events by Mizhu Entertainment include The Tshwala Bam Experience with international artists Tito M and Yuupe live in Lusaka at Piazza, East Park Mall on Saturday, July 27, and the next Ubuntu Kuisine and Kulture Market in August.

The Ubuntu Kuisine and Kulture Market's motto, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together," embodies the event's spirit of unity and shared humanity, echoing the Zambian national anthem's message of unity and joy.
